Our Remote Computer Support is able to provide real time problem solving support to staff members at their workstations via telephone and secure remote access, resolving issues which are preventing employees from completing their tasks.
Booked in just the same way as an onsite training session, we encourage participants to make a list of issues they are experiencing so that we can make best use of the time we have to resolve issues
Billed in 15 minute increments, this makes it a cost effective service for one off help or as a follow up option for our onsite clients.
