Our 2 day Project: Introduction course leads the participants to understand the basic principles of project management, create, format and print a project and work with resources on the first day. Day 2 continues to look at resource pools and goes on to incorporate formatting skills, creating and printing reports, using filters and tracking and how to manage subprojects and multiple projects.
